The five flavours

— offices across 7 cities. Once offices answer, the soonest timing buckets will rise to the top — and that’s who’ll get the call.

IVR checked = office pressed a timing bucket on our recording.  Folks say = real visitors reported it. The two never mix.  ·  Patient reports this visit: 0

Run a practice? We’ll send you patients.

Folks land here ready to book — hunting for whoever can see them soonest. Once offices answer the recording, the soonest timing buckets will be shown first — so pressing yours is how you’ll be the office they call, not the one down the road.

Free listing Soonest first — once offices answer Patients call you directly

One short recording · one tap · done

“When’s your next new-patient opening? Just press a number.”

No conversation, no dates to spell out, no forms. Our monthly check is a short recording — you tap, we log the bucket, the call ends.

Here’s exactly what the recording says, once a month:

“Hi, this is a recorded message from FindMyNurseLine.com. We list local specialists for patients in Hampton Roads — listing is free, and it can bring new patients your way. For your next new-patient appointment, please press: 1 for within 1 week, 2 for 1 to 2 weeks, 3 for within a month, 4 for 1 to 2 months, 5 for longer than 2 months, 6 if you’re not accepting new patients, or 0 to opt out. Thanks!”

It’s always a recording that says who it’s from — never pretending to be a patient. Press 0 and we stop. You can also fix your listing anytime.

Gaps & oopsies — the honest fine print
  • No standalone spot found: Pulmonology in Portsmouth & Suffolk · Cardiology in Portsmouth (one office only) · Neurology in Virginia Beach (one office only) · a full Sleep Medicine clinic in Chesapeake.
  • Double-check on our first call: Sentara Neurology in Norfolk and Riverside Pulmonology & Sleep Medicine in Newport News show two different suites/phones in different places · Tidewater Neurology in Portsmouth was flagged “permanently closed” in one place but looks open elsewhere · Virginia Orthopedics in Portsmouth had an old and a new number floating around · Cardiovascular Associates (Norfolk & Suffolk) comes from older listings.
  • Left off the map for now: Riverside Cardiology at Port Warwick — one source says closed, so it waits for a phone check. Three offices are list-only because we couldn’t pin their address with confidence.
  • Insurance wording: the only wording on offices’ own sites was Sentara’s “please call to see if your insurance is accepted” and one Bon Secours office’s “we accept most insurance providers.” Nothing plan-specific is claimed on a listing yet. Our IVR recording doesn’t ask about insurance at all — it only captures the timing bucket the office presses.
  • PSMC Chesapeake (1021 Eden Way N, Suite 114) has no confirmed phone yet, so it’s not listed.
